-Our Customer Satisfaction Policy(CSP) guarantees a 100% satisfaction !, else we will refund your money if it is within the 30Days Refund period, if you are unsatisfied at a later stage we can only provide you with a month to a year of free services depending on the circumstance.

-This satisfaction policy currently only applies to our Hosting services and not our Dedicated or VPS services.

-Please also note that the 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy is always in conjunction with our Best Price Policy and our 30 Days Refund Policy, thus providing you the best possible service all-round !
